Determined not to repeat my Mother’s Day faux pas (forgetting to send mother dearest a card & pressie), I popped out yesterday lunch time to grab my old man a Father’s Day card & gift. Whilst I managed to find a suitable card soaked in jest, my gift search didn’t quite come to fruition. Instead I returned from my quest along the local high street empty-handed & none the wiser on what I should buy my lovely dad.

I’ve exhausted the usual Father’s Day gimmicks over the years – ‘Number 1 Dad’ mugs, socks, golf tees & car cleaning kits, so now I’m calling on you lovely lot to give me some inspiration….what on earth can Angie buy her dad for Father’s Day????
