Approved transactions will be automatically credited to your account so you can begin playing immediately.

The minimum deposit amount at RedBus Bingo is £5.00.
However the minimum deposit required in order to receive the subsequent 50% bonuses is £10.00.
A minimum deposit of £5 is required for a new card to be activated in order to receive funds.

The minimum withdrawal amount at RedBus Bingo is £10.00.

Prior to a first withdrawal, a minimum of £20.00 must be deposited and wagered once or more, to qualify for a withdrawal.

Depending on your account history and in accordance with our current security and banking policy, we reserve the right to credit payments to, or split credits between previously registered cards.

Please Note: Players based in Australia & Canada (this list of countries is not exhaustive) may deposit using credit & debit cards, however all withdrawals (refunds) can be sent via Bank Draft or wire transfer only.

RedBus Bingo reserves the right to cancel any withdrawal, in which case the value of the withdrawal will be refunded to the bingo account balance, should the withdrawal be deemed to have resulted from irregular activity.

Any winnings over £100 accrued by a player in a non funded state will become void and can not be withdrawn. This applies to all games.

RedBus Bingo enforces a purchase limit of £2,500 (or equivalent in other currencies) on each registered purchase card per week, with a maximum single purchase amount of £500 (or equivalent in other currencies).

RedBus Bingo restricts the total number of registered cards per player to 5.

On your statement you will be billed as Cassava Ltd and/or IFUND-ONLINE PRO.

Applicable to credit / debit card purchases and in accordance with international banking regulations, RedBus Bingo does not store CVV numbers (last 3 digits on the back of a credit / debit card). The CVV number must be entered by the player (in the appropriate field within the cashier) with each purchase request in order to complete the request.

How long does it take to receive my winnings?

Withdrawal requests are processed 48 hours from the date of request. During this time you may cancel your withdrawal request by clicking the ‘Reverse Withdrawal’ button in the Cashier and returning the funds to your Bingo account. This will allow you to play again without making a new deposit to your Bingo account.

After 48 hours the status of your withdrawal request will change to ‘Completed’ and you will no longer be able to cancel it.

There are no fees for any of our withdrawal services. In the event that we terminate the offering of our business in any specific country, payouts will be subject to reasonable processing charges.

We want our members to receive their winnings as soon as possible and will do our utmost to keep to the timeframes stipulated above (please see our Withdrawal Policy for further information). Please be aware however, that some withdrawal methods are completed via third parties and in rare cases delays beyond our control may occur.
