When you’ve made your first deposit, go to the lobby and look for the banner at the bottom of the bus like the one displayed below. Click on the banner in the lobby and you’ll be presented with your scratchcard.
Terms and Conditions
Players must have deposited a minimum of £5 in order to Scratchcard.
Once a players fulfills the minimum deposit requirement as above, they are eligible to scratch the scratchcard.
Winning amount will be credited automatically to player’s RedBus Bingo account.
The winning prize value will be credited in Bonus Funds.
The minimum prize amount is £7.50 and maximum prize amount is £2000.
Once an eligible player has funded their account, they need to head to the lobby to scratch the scratchcard. The scratchcard will appear at the bottom of the RedBus.
Once the scratchcard has been played, eligible players will no longer be able to view the Scratchcard in the lobby.
Scratchcard may take up to 4 hours to activate after you have deposited.
In the case of duplicate accounts, any bonuses will be forfeited and any winnings generated from the Scratch to WIN Scratchcard bonus will be voided and removed.

all nt tryig to get scratch card. in and out of help rooms.then told it cud be 24 hrs. told live help the problem is the icon wont change to the finger to let me click on. really disapointed. after reading all these comments surely the site cud offer a easer way like most other sites. what a waste of a evening

Basically as you made a deposit of 10 pounds you are eligible to scratch our 1st time depositor scratchcard and get up to 2000% on your first deposit. The scratchcard is waiting for you in the lobby. you need to go to the lobby to claim your scratchcard. The lobby loads when you hit the play now button in the members page area (this is when you are logged in). When the lobby loads you will be presented with a red bus and within that you will see a number of bingo rooms. At the bottom of the red bus there is a long banner where you will be able to find your scratchcard – it has a bit of text that says ‘ click here to claim your Redbus bonus! Hi, just to let everyone know i sorted my free card out with live chat. The person i was talking to was friendly and reset the card then asked me to log out and back in again and there it was. I won £10 so a big thankyou to redbus. I do seem to be having trouble withdrawing any winnings though even though i deposited £20 they keep getting put back into player account and not bank accountall £63. I have sent e-mail though so i am expecting a positive outcome. So be positive and try live chat ask them to reset your card. I also was running in mozzilla firefox and i was told to run in windows explorer instead so maybe this is the issue.
