General Terms and Conditions
- ‘RedBus Bingo’ and ‘RedBusBingo.com’ are brands owned by 888.com.
- The games on this website that 888.com promotes are operated by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited (the “Company”) under its remote gambling license issued by the Government of Gibraltar. The games are powered by software belonging to Brigend Limited (“Brigend”) which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cassava. Brigend is also a Gibraltan company.
- When you use this website, open an account and play games, you enter into a legally binding contract with the Company as it operates this website and the games promoted by Daub on it. This legally binding contract is subject to the Terms and Conditions set out below, the privacy policy and the game rules displayed on this website from time to time (the “Terms and Conditions”).
- By playing at RedBus Bingo (“Bingo”) you represent and warrant that you fully understand and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Bingo is restricted to individuals of legal age as determined in the jurisdiction in which the individual resides. You cannot play under any circumstances if you are not at least eighteen years of age.
- Participation in the activities and games of Bingo (the “Game”) is open only to residents of those jurisdictions where such participation is legal and not prohibited. Participation in the Game is void wherever prohibited by law.
- The Company makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, as to your legal right to participate in the Game nor shall any of the Company’s employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers have the authority to make any such representations or warranties.
- Any participation in the Game is at your sole option, discretion and risk. By playing the Game, you acknowledge that you do not find the Game or Bingo to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, or indecent.
- You are only permitted to enter Bingo for your own personal entertainment and non-professional use. Any other entrance, access, use or reuse of the Bingo or the Web site is strictly prohibited.
- If you are found to be cheating or attempting to defraud the Game, or if you make untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to the Company’s operation, the Company reserves the right to publicise your actions together with your identity and e-mail address, as well as to circulate this information to other Bingo and gaming companies, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies.
- Despite every effort to ensure total accuracy, the company does not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions in respect of information provided on the site or communications. Wagers based on incorrect odds will be void.
- Players that self-exclude, voluntarily close or have their accounts closed by the operator may still receive communications whilst systems are being updated. However, we will endeavour to cease email communication immediately. Players may still receive promotional/marketing material via post or SMS for up to 21 days after account closure.
- You shall hold the Company, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall fully indemnify same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of: (i) your entry, use, or reuse of the Web site, (ii) your use of any materials at the Web site, (iii) your entry, use or reuse of Bingo’s server, (iv) your participation in the Game, or (v) your acceptance of any prize.
- RedBus Bingo is the trade name of the Company and you obtain no rights to such term, nor any other terms, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies by using the Web site and the material contained therein.
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you represent and warrant that you fully understand and agree to comply with the RedBus Bingo Banking policy
Account Policy
- Employees of the Company, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in the Game.
- Only one account per person is permitted. Unfortunately, this is necessary to prevent abuse of our generous ‘free money’ policies.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any real balance in your account at the time of such cancellation will be credited to your credit card and/or sent to you by check. However, the Company reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your Bingo account in any of the following circumstances:
- If you have more than one active account for Bingo;
- If the name on your Bingo account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make purchases on your Bingo account;
- If you participate in a Bingo promotion and cashout before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion;
- If you provide incorrect or misleading registration information;
- If you are not of legal age;
- If you reside in a jurisdiction where participation in the Game is prohibited by law;
- If you have allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to play on your Bingo account;
- If you have not played Bingo on an individual basis for personal entertainment only (that is, you have played in a professional sense or in concert with other player(s) as part of a club, group, etc.);
- If you have ‘charged back’ any of the purchases made with your credit card on your Bingo account;
- If you are found cheating or if it is determined by the Company that you have employed or made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems) designed specifically to defeat Bingo; or
- If the Company should become aware that you have played at any other online Bingo under any of the circumstances set out above.
- The Company reserves the right to close Bingo accounts registered from certain countries. This policy was introduced after high volume credit card fraud originated in these countries. Winnings from these accounts will not be paid out more than the amount of the purchases made on the account. We apologise to the customers from the countries detailed below for the inconvenience caused. These countries are:
- Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Herzegovina, Hungary, Indonesia, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Russia, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine and Yugoslavia.
- Persons located in the United States of America, Israel, Turkey, France, Denmark and Italy are prohibited from opening an account with RedBus Bingo, and therefore residents of these countries are restricted from making any deposits or use of the Services provided by the Company. The Company reserves the right to amend the list of countries from which it will not accept users of the Service at its discretion.
- The management of Bingo reserves the right to withhold payment to any player pending verification of the player’s identity.
- If you do not log onto your Bingo account for a period of 90 days, any balance in your account may be forfeited to the Company.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account number and password secure and secret. You shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse your account, access and/or use any materials or information from the Web site, accept any Prize, or participate in the Games. You are solely responsible for any purchases and/or losses that may occur on your account.
- The Company shall not be required to maintain user names or passwords if the Player misplaces, forgets, loses, or is otherwise unable to enter Bingo because of anything other than the Company’s error.
Games
- A new game is played every 3 to 5 minutes.
- A new ball is called every 3 seconds.
- There is a 1 card minimum purchase per game.
- The maximum card purchase per game varies and can be up to 96 cards.
- For games where card purchases are charged, cash in your balance will be used before funds in your bonus balance.
- Bingo is played in “Autoplay” mode, whereby players will always be notified of a winning bingo card.
- The purchase of all cards is final.
- In the case of there being more than one winning card, the prize will be split equally amongst the number of winning tickets.
- By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the Company, promotion winners consent to the use of their full name, the city in which they live, photographs of them and to also provide commentary about winning the prize/tournament for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
- For non cash prizes, we will make all reasonable attempts to contact the Winner using his/her account contact details. However, if these attempts prove unsuccessful after 30 days following the end of the game, we reserve the right to draw another Winner in place of the original Winner or to forfeit the Prize altogether without liability to the Winner.
- There is no cash alternative for non cash prizes except in the case of there being more than one winner. In the case of there being more than one winning card, the value of the non cash prize will be split equally amongst the number of winners.
- If you have any dispute with regard to any outcome in the Game, you must submit your complaint to the Company in writing within fourteen (14) days. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on your Bingo software and the Bingo’s server software, the result showing on the Bingo’s server software shall be the official and governing result of the Game.
- You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any prizes and/or winnings that you collect from the Company.
- The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice to you, to add new activities or games to Bingo or to discontinue any activity or game of Bingo at any time.
- The Company shall not be liable for computer or Internet malfunctions or attempts by the Player to participate in the Game by methods, means or ways not intended by the Company.
- You agree that, in the event that the Software or Services fails to operate correctly as a result of, but not limited to, any delay or interruption in operation or transmission, any loss or corruption of data or communication or lines failure, any person’s misuse of the Sites or its contents or any error or omission in content or any other factors beyond our control:
- The company reserves the right to withhold winnings and void wagers if a player manipulates the games in a fraudulent manner or the Gaming System itself malfunctions. The definition of such a malfunction extends to an error in the published odds or pay tables, or a game not working in accordance with its published rules.
- a. the Company, its Affiliates and its third party licensors will not be responsible for any loss, including loss of winnings, that may result; and
- b. if any such errors result in an increase in winnings owed or paid to you, you shall not be entitled to the winnings falling within such increase. You shall immediately inform the Company of the error and shall repay any winnings credited to your account in error to the Company (as directed by the Company) or the Company may, at its discretion, deduct an amount equal to those winnings from your account or set off such amount against any money owed to you by the Company.
- Materials of the Game (whether electronically obtained or obtained by other means) are automatically void if counterfeited, mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, if illegible, mechanically or electronically reproduced, obtained outside authorised legitimate channels or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, electronic or any other errors. Liability for materials of the Game containing any error is limited to replacement of same.
- Any and all materials submitted for prize claims become the property of the Company and will not be returned. The Company is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, or postage due mail, requests, prize claims or entries.
- We recommend that customers print out all transaction data, rules of the game and payment methods and keep them in an easily accessible place.
- We use the words “free bingo” in the sense that you do not need to deposit money with us to purchase a bingo card and participate. Free Bingo is provided as an additional service specifically designed to enhance a player’s enjoyment of our site. The term ‘free bingo’ is defined as not having to pay for the card ticket price in the free bingo room. However, a player is responsible for the associated cost of using the Internet when participating. The Company reserves the right to remove or make amends to the free bingo service at any time without prior notice.
- You are only permitted to enter Free Bingo for your own personal entertainment and non-professional use. Any other use of the Free Bingo games is strictly prohibited. Constant use of the free bingo games (i.e. playing more than 3 hours or 120 games a day on average every week and staying in the free bingo rooms continuously) will be regarded as professional use.
- Redbus Bingo reserves the right to block or remove a player who violates or fails to adhere this terms and conditions without prior warning.
- If you win real cash in one of our free rooms you may redeem your winnings by providing us with your debit/credit card details, provided you have met our minimum withdrawal conditions.
- Bonus funds are not able to be withdrawn.
Pre-buy Games
- Pre-buy cards will play automatically regardless of whether a player is online or offline.
- Players need to be registered and funded to participate in a pre-buy game.
- By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the Company, pre-buy winners consent to the use of their full name, the city in which they live, photographs of them and to also provide commentary about winning the prize/tournament for advertising and promotional purposes for an unlimited period without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
- Pre-buy game cards will remain valid whether the associated account is open or closed and the financial value of the pre-buy game cards will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Banking
- We do not charge our players any fees for making a deposit at RedBusBingo.com. Please check with your bank if a fee is incurred.
- The minimum deposit amount at RedBus Bingo is £5.00.
- However the minimum deposit required in order to receive the subsequent 50% bonuses is £10.00.
- The minimum withdrawal amount at RedBus Bingo is £10.00.
- Prior to a first withdrawal, a minimum of £20.00 must be deposited and wagered once or more, to qualify for a withdrawal.
- The following limits apply to withdrawals:
- Daily Limit – £1,000
- Weekly Limit – £2,000
- Monthly Limit – £3,000
- We reserve the right to amend the aforementioned limits at our sole discretion at any time.
- RedBus Bingo reserves the right to cancel any withdrawal, in which case the value of the withdrawal will be refunded to the bingo account balance, should the withdrawal be deemed to have resulted from irregular activity.
- MasterCard/Eurocard Credit/Debit Card Withdrawals: Due to regulations imposed by issuers of Maestro/MasterCard/Eurocard credit/debit cards, Brigend Ltd is not permitted to pay withdrawals to Maestro/MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards. Therefore, members who have deposited to their Bingo accounts via Maestro/MasterCard and/or Eurocard credit/debit cards shall receive withdrawals either via wire or cheque if no Visa or debit card has been used to deposit with.
- Any winnings over £100 accrued by a player in a non funded state will become void and cannot be withdrawn. This applies to all games.
- GBP is used as a base currency for promotions however if you are registered to play in USD or in EUR, then you will be paid out in your registered currency.
Promotions & Offers
Deposit Bonuses- Our bonus on deposit offers, available from time to time, are subject to the following rules:
- In accepting any bonus on deposit offer from RedBus Bingo, the player agrees to wager a minimum amount as stated in the specific terms and conditions that apply to the offer. For example: If you’re eligible for a 150% bonus offer on a deposit of £50, with a 2 x wagering requirement, you must wager £250 before making a cashout. If you’re eligible for a 2000% bonus offer on a deposit of £50, with a 2 x wagering requirement, you must wager £2100 before making a cashout.
- The minimum wagering requirements must also be met within the stated periods set out for the specific promotional offer.
- Wagering must be done on bingo games only. Wagering on slot machines or any other instant games will not count towards wagering requirements in order to keep your deposit bonus.
- Additional wagering requirements may be imposed by RedBus Bingo without prior notice in relation to any specific promotional offer.
- You agree to wager at least 2 x the amount of the deposit + the amount of the Bonus Funds prior to cashing out.
- However, you are not able to cashout your bonus at any stage.
- If you do cashout before meeting the wagering requirements, you will forfeit your Bonus Funds. For example: If you deposit £50 and are eligible for a 150% deposit bonus, you will immediately receive a bonus of £75. You must then wager at least £250 before making a cashout. Any winnings you earn may be cashed out at any time, irrespective of whether this was with Bonus Funds or your initial deposit.
- A promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer and only one (1) introductory deposit bonus offer can be claimed.
- Any suspicious cash-ins, in which there may be cause for belief that less than the minimum wagering requirements were made during the claiming of a promotional offer, or for any other reasons at the discretion of the Bingo management, will be audited before being processed.
- Any Bonus Funds that are added to a players account may not be cashed out.
- Bonus Funds are only available for the purchase of Bingo cards.
- Bonus Funds cannot be used to wager on Instant Games.
- Any winnings that result from purchases of Bingo cards with Bonus Funds may be cashed out if the players Bingo Account has previously been funded with a cash deposit.
- Bonus Funds are i) Bonus cash from deposits, ii) Cash from the redemption of bonus points, iii) Any other bonus cash that the player may receive from RedBus Bingo from other promotions.
- Bonuses will be credited to the Player’s account as Bingo Bonus Points or Bonus Funds only, unless otherwise stated.
- Bonus Points can only be redeemed into Bonus Funds and cannot be cashed out.
- 1,000 Bonus Points is the equivalent of £1 in Bonus Funds.
- The Refer a Friend scheme is intended for individual use only and cannot be applied to Webmasters or on a bigger scale.
- There is a limit of 20 referrals per month.
- The friend must deposit & wager a minimum of £5, before the player will be credited with 15,000 bonus points
- Bingo reserves the right to refuse the prize in case either the referrer or the referee has violated any of Bingo’s Terms and Conditions, or if the referee has not wagered at least five times the amount initially purchased.
General Promotional Ts & Cs
- By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the Company, promotion winners consent to the use of their full name, the city in which they live, photographs of them and to also provide commentary about winning the prize/tournament for advertising and promotional purposes for an unlimited period without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. By accepting the prize, winners are required to provide photos of themselves and a testimonial. Photos including children or people under 18 years of age will not be accepted.
- Winners can choose a cash alternative for games and promos where the prize is a tangible gift. A percentage reduction to the value of the prize will be applied to the cash alternative.
- The Company reserves the right to amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. Such amendments will be effective immediately upon being posted in this “Promotional Terms and Conditions” section of the Company’s Web site. It is your responsibility to review the Promotional Terms and Conditions on a regular basis.
- The Promotional Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between you and the Company and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings between you and the Company with regards to the claiming of any promotional or bonus offers.
- Any promotion or offer is terminable at any time in accordance with the views of management without prior notice or obligation.
- The management reserves the right to disqualify certain countries from promotional offers. Among the countries whose players are disqualified from promotions are those blacklisted in our General Terms and Conditions.

- The minimum bet to play on the progressive jackpot instant games is one credit.
- RedBus Bingo, Double Up Ducks, Piggy Payout, Fluffy Favourites and Aztec Rising have two game versions each. A standard (non progressive jackpot) version and a progressive jackpot version.
- The progressive jackpot version of the Instant Games plays exactly the same as the standard version, but has a random progressive jackpot that can be won at the end of any game.
- Currency conversion applies to Progressive Jackpot values in EUR and USD currencies.
- A small portion of each bet on the jackpot games will be contributed to the jackpot and so the progressive jackpot amount will grow.
